   James Darby is an honours Philosophy graduate from the University of York and has a Masters in Business Administration from Cass Business School. After 15 years in the advertising industry he took up Hypnotherapy, training in South-West London withthe LCCH where he gained both the Certificate and Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. James is a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist and registered member of the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis. He is evangelical about the use of hypnotherapeutic techniques to treat stress and anxiety-based disorders and believes that successful therapeutic encounters depend upon the rapport built between therapist and client. Consulting from private practice in Fulham and Chelsea, James uses hypnotherapy as a gateway to change, teaching clients how to observe their own thoughts, feelings and habitual behaviours thereby creating the conditions for personal growth and development.
